Thank you for shopping with Phrygian Studios! All of our products are made to order through our trusted print partner.  Currently we are only shipping to the US.


Order Processing Time

Because our items are made to order, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • Additional time during holidays or peak seasons

Production begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.


Shipping Time Estimates

After production, shipping times are approximately:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Order weight

  • Carrier rates

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


Multiple Items / Multiple Shipments

Because our products are fulfilled by different print providers, items in the same order may:

  • Ship separately

  • Arrive at different times

  • Include separate tracking numbers

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships you will receive an email indicating your item has shipped.  We will do our best to give you an estimated arrival date.  We do not guarantee a tracking number.  If a tracking number is provided by the carrier you will receive it in your e-mail.  


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to sender, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us at [your email address] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has shipped.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Local taxes

These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a refund where appropriate

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
