Refund policy

Phrygian Studios products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported when the customer chooses the wrong size, color, product, or simply changed or changes their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Phrygian Studios can offer a refund if you contact us within 25 days of product delivery.  This means you have 25 days after receiving your item(s), based on carrier delivery date, to contact our sales support team to start a refund request for a damaged product.

To be eligible for a refund you must include a photo of the damaged item when opening the package.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund request is accepted we’ll send you information on how to handle the damaged item and issue a refund to you.  See the Refund Section with this policy for specific time lines for return of funds for approved refunds. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.  You must document the damaged product via photographs or video when the product is received.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request with photos of the damaged item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
